Tadalista 60
Tadalista 60 is a medication used primarily to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains Tadalafil as its active ingredient, the same ingredient found in Cialis.

Tadalista 60 works by increasing blood flow to the penis, enabling men to achieve and maintain an erection when sexually aroused. Tadalafil, the active ingredient, belongs to a class of medications known as PDE5 inhibitors, which help relax the muscles in the blood vessels of the penis, allowing for improved blood flow.
Tadalista 60 is a potent dose, and it is typically taken about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. It should not be taken more than once per day.
Like other Tadalafil-based drugs, Tadalista 60 can remain effective for up to 36 hours, giving it a long window for spontaneous sexual activity.
Possible side effects include headaches, dizziness, upset stomach, back pain, or flushing. Serious side effects, though rare, can occur and include vision changes, sudden hearing loss, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism), which requires immediate medical attention.
Tadalista should not be combined with nitrate medications (used for heart conditions) as this can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
